James & Melba Dingler OK

Terry Cowan passed on an email message from Melba Dingler on Monday. Melba said they were all OK. Their last child got out of New Orleans the day before Katrina hit. One son is looking for a new place to live due to tree damage. No gasoline the first week, no electricity for two weeks, and phone service was restored on Monday.

No details at this time. We do know that the reunion will be in Alabama in 2006, but details are still being worked out.

Hi, I'm Shirley Dingler McReynolds of Amarillo, Texas. Have never been to a Dingler reunion but hope to some day. My Dad was William Franklin Dingler and grandparents were Henry Arthur (Cap) Dingler and Onnie L. Daughtry Dingler of New York, Texas. Hope to hear from some Dingler cousins. Shirley
